I give permission for my child to take part in the Absolute Arts Summer show 2023.

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during rehearsals and performances and understand that such media may be used by Absolute Arts for marketing material.

I understand that once this permission slip is signed I am liable for the production fee and costume hire fees. I also understand that should my child withdraw from the show, the fees are non-refundable unless there is a cancellation by Absolute Arts for an internal reason.
